Healthy nachos

These were visually pleasing, so I photographed them.They were gustatorily pleasing, too.

(I ask simply because I'm on a never-ending quest to find the optimal plate of nachos)

- There was no cheese on them, correct?

- The herb (parsley?) looks moist. That from the tomatoe or did you use oil?

- The nacho chips show no sign of baking - did you nuke the plate or just eat everything cold?
